The new Federal State Educational Standards imply significant changes in the syllabi for the course «Safety life support, disaster medicine», including the Life safety module. The module ends in module control.In addition, this course is part of training program for international students with instruction in English. So far there has been no courseware in English for this particular course or modular control intended for international students. Thus there is an urgent need for modern textbooks in English on the topic.
