A man, 55 years old, applied to a doctor after hard physical work. He felt crushing squeezing pain behind the chest, irradiating to the left shoulder. He felt sharp weakness, following the shortage of the air and the fear of the death. It continued for 10 minutes. The patient?s face was pale and moist. The tones of the heart were muffled and rhythmic. The pulse was 80 imp/min. BP was 150/90.

PROBLEM 2
Patient B, 43 years old, applied to the doctor with complaints of everyday asthmatic fits, general weakness, embarrassed exhalation and indisposition. After every fit a small amount of viscous hyaloid phlegm appears. The patient has been ill for 3 years, the symptoms appear in June and in July they disappear.
While examining the patient: the skin is clear, with cyanotic shade, the chest is tubby, the breathing is loud with whistling, 26 times per minute, while percussing a box-like sound is noticed. BP is 110/70, abdominal pathologies are not revealed.

CASE HISTORY 1
A woman, aged 30, applied to the doctor with complaints of headache, weakness, high temperature, spasmodic pains in the bottom of the abdomen and frequent stool (15 times a night). The stool was with mucous, containing blood. The woman was flabby, her pulse was 97 imp/min; BP was 116/75, the temperature was 37, 8, her tongue was dry and covered with fur, her stomach was soft. The sigmoid colon was dense, spasmodic and painful during the palpation. The woman was a seller in the diary shop.
